Concentrate your translation sessions in the lowest possible number of rooms
Consider periodic break-times of at least 15 minutes intercalating translation sessions
Provide interpreters with previous information
Give interpreters Internet access from their booths
Avoid requesting interpreters at the last minute
Provide your ST vendor with your event’s program
Remember that ST providers often hire the same interpreters
Providers remunerate interpreters per day of work, not per hour
